This October, Pennsylvania's Promise for Children Month is an opportunity to
raise awareness about the importance of quality early learning and Here's the deal: All children need quality early learning experiences to succeed in kindergarten and beyond, but not all children get it.
- Give families information they need to help their young children grow at home and to choose quality early learning programs and services that best meet their needs
- Convince school and community leaders and elected officials to make access to quality early learning opportunities a priority for Pennsylvania
